About…

I’m Dani, the founder of Thrive Wellness Center. I am very passionate about life and inspiring myself and others to become the best version of ourselves.

I hold a bachelor’s degree of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication.  I am a Certified Health Coach graduated through IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition).  My passion for health and nutrition didn’t stop me there. I am currently enrolled at NTA pursuing my degree to become an NTP (Nutrition Therapist Practitioner). 

Easily the most rewarding thing about tracking habits is when we can stop tracking because the behavior really has become automatic—a sign of a strong habit. 

I read for 30 minutes every night before I go to sleep now. Six months ago, I struggled to fit that in every day but tracking it helped me to build it into a regular part of my routine.
